Poor sleep

Along with eating right and exercising, getting quality sleep is an important part of weight loss. Poor sleep may become a vicious cycle – the less you sleep, the more weight you gain, and the more weight you gain, the harder it is to sleep.

Binge eating

Binge eating involves regularly eating large portions of food all at once until you feel uncomfortably full and then often upset or guilty. Restricting your diet may lead to more binge eating.

Too focused on dieting?

Dieting is not a lifestyle. Dieting should have a start date and a stop date. You do it, you get the thing done, then you go back to eating at maintenance and be a healthier, happier person before the next time you either going in a lean mass phase or you drop back down to a dieting phase.
